Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF) is proposing an intermodal facility (IMF) on a 500-acre site in Gardner, Kansas. This is a fast-track project with an aggressive schedule. HDR contracted Adaptive Ecosystems, Inc. for assistance with jurisdictional waters studies, mitigation planning, and habitat assessments. This is an on-going project.
