NNSA-GSA KC Plant IP Corps Permit Issued

On behalf of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), the General Services Administration (GSA) is managing the development of a 185-acre site slated for a build-to-suit lease for a new NNSA-occupied facility at Botts Road and 150 Highway in Kansas City (Jackson County), Missouri. Honeywell hired Adaptive Ecosystems for this fast-paced project, to facilitate inter-agency communications, handle the Section 404 Permitting process, and provide a general framework/goals for the mitigation of the project. To date, Adaptive Ecosystems has completed the notice process, completed the mitigation plan, and worked closely with GSA on the design-build phase of the project. The Section 404 Permit was recently issued for the project approximately 45 days ahead of schedule.
