National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits

As part of Corps of Engineers permitting, most states issue water quality certifications. Adaptive Ecosystems, Inc. is active in understanding water quality standards as they relate to site design and impacts to stormwater and NPDES thresholds. For construction projects, Adaptive Ecosystems, Inc. can provide erosion control plans, grading permits, and on-site compliance inspections and supervision.

In 1990, NPDES Phase I requirements were extended to NPDES Phase II. The new NPDES Phase II will increase the number of projects requiring NPDES permits, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and the use of approved Best Management Practices.
