Kansas Department of Parks and Wildlife (KDPW) Special Action Permitting

Kansas and other states have statutes protecting species and their potential habitat. Adaptive Ecosystems, Inc. has obtained KDWP Special Action Permits. We conduct a field survey to identify wetlands and protected species habitats and then develop a mitigation plan suitable for wildlife that also meets the goals of the projects.
